摘　　要：传统的材料类人才培养模式难以适应新时代下企业对人才创新能力的需求,构建以创新能力为导向的材料类人才分类培养模式成为地方高校的必然选择。西安理工大学通过多年的探索,针对材料类本科创新人才培养过程中存在的问题,构建了“3类型3体系3层次”的地方高校材料类本科创新人才分类培养模式,培养的学生能够满足企业的人才需求和毕业生的自我能力期望,为我国尤其是西部地区的企业转型升级提供有力支撑。The traditional personnel training mode of material majors is difficult to adapt to the demand of companies for talent innovation ability.It is an inevitable choice for local universities to construct a classified training mode of material talents by innovation ability orientation.After years of exploration,Xi'an University of Technology has established a classified training mode of"3 types,3 systems and 3 levels"for materials undergraduate innovative talents in local universities,aiming at the problems existing in the training process of materials undergraduate innovative talents.The cultivated students can meet the talent needs of companies and the self-ability expectations of graduates,providing strong support for the transformation and upgrading of companies in China,especially in the western region.
