乳腺癌改良根治术后患者伤残接受度与生命意义感水平分析

摘　　要：目的分析乳腺癌改良根治术后患者伤残接受度与生命意义感水平的关系。方法选取2019年6月至2020年6月商丘市第一人民医院完成乳腺癌改良根治术治疗的100例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,术后随访1个月。分别于术后3 d、出院前1 d及随访1个月时采用中文版伤残接受度量表(AODS)和生命意义感量表(C-MLQ)评估患者伤残接受度与生命意义感水平;观察乳腺癌患者改良根治术后不同时点AODS评分、C-MLQ评分的变化,分析乳腺癌改良根治术后患者伤残接受度与生命意义感水平的关系。结果出院前1 d、随访1个月,乳腺癌患者AODS各维度评分及总分均高于术后3 d,且随访1个月时AODS各维度评分及总分高于出院前1 d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院前1 d、随访1个月,乳腺癌患者C-MLQ各维度评分及总分均高于术后3 d,且随访1个月时C-MLQ各维度评分及总分高于出院前1 d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。双变量Pearson直线相关性检验结果显示,乳腺癌患者改良根治术后AODS量表各维度评分及总分与C-MLQ量表各维度评分及总分均呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌改良根治术后患者伤残接受度与生命意义感水平呈正相关。Objective To analyze the relationship between the disability acceptance and life meaning perception in patients with breast cancer after modified radical mastectomy.Methods 100 patients with breast cancer who completed the modified radical mastectomy in Shangqiu First People’s Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were prospectively selected as the study subjects,followed up for one month after operation.The Chinese version of acceptance of disability scale(AODS)and meaning in life questionnaire(C-MLQ)were used to evaluate the disability acceptance and life meaning perception of patients at 3 days after operation,1 day before discharge and at 1 month of follow-up.The changes of AODS and C-MLQ scores were observed in patients with breast cancer after modified radical mastectomy.The relationship between the disability acceptance and the level of life meaning in patients with breast cancer after modified radical mastectomy was analyzed.Results One day before discharge and at 1 month of follow-up,the score of each dimension and total score of AODS in breast cancer patients were higher than those 3 days after operation,and the score of each dimension and total score of AODS at 1 month of follow-up were higher than that of 1 day before discharge(P<0.05).One day before discharge and at 1 month of follow-up,the score of each dimension and total score of C-MLQ in breast cancer patients were higher than those 3 days after operation,and the score of each dimension and total score of C-MLQ at 1 month of follow-up were higher than that of 1 day before discharge(P<0.05).By Bivariate Pearson linear correlation test,the results showed that the score of each dimension and total score of AODS scale were positively correlated with the score of each dimension and total score of C-MLQ scale in patients with breast cancer after modified radical mastectomy(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusion The disability acceptance degree of patients after modified radical mastectomy is positively correlated with the level of life meaning perception.
