聚桂醇局部注射联合普萘洛尔片治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨聚桂醇局部注射联合普萘洛尔片治疗婴幼儿血管瘤(IH)的效果。方法选取2019年1—12月常德市第一人民医院收治的80例有血管瘤的婴幼儿为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组(40例)和研究组(40例)。对照组接受普萘洛尔片治疗,研究组加用聚桂醇局部注射治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、治疗时间以及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组的临床疗效优于对照组,治疗时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论聚桂醇局部注射联合普萘洛尔片治疗IH的效果确切,可有效缩短治疗时间,不良反应发生率低。Objective To investigate the effect of local injection of lauromacrogol combined with propranolol tablet in the treatment of infantile hemangioma(IH).Methods A total of 80 infants with IH admitted to Changde First People’s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and research group(40 cases)according to number table method.The control group received propranolol tablets,and the research group received local injection of lauromacrogol.The clinical efficacy,treatment time and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the treatment time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The local injection of lauromacrogol combined with propranolol tablet in the treatment of IH has definite curative effect,which can effectively shorten the treatment time and has a low incidence of adverse reactions.
