摘  要:针对家用轿车不用高度差升降(进出地下库和空间立体车库等)的问题,设计出一种新型汽车升降平台机构并进行相关研究和分析。首先,运用机构学理论建立所设计机构的运动学模型,从多种驱动方式中筛选出最优解,为实际工程应用奠定理论基础。其次,运用三维建模软件搭建升降平台机构的样机模型,并基于ANSYS软件进行有限元分析,通过分析能够得到机构的力学动态特性变化云图,分析结果表明:整体机构能够满足各项性能参数指标,并在可升降Y方向具有较好的抵抗变形能力和刚度特性。Aiming at the problem that the family car doesn't need height difference to lift(in and out of the underground garage and space three-dimensional garage,etc.),a new type of car lifting platform mechanism is designed,and the related research and analysis are carried out.Firstly,the kinematic model of the designed mechanism is established by using the mechanism theory,and the optimal solution is selected from a variety of driving modes,which lays a theoretical foundation for practical engineering application.Secondly,the threedimensional modeling software is used to build the prototype model of the lifting platform mechanism,and the finite element analysis is carried out based on ANSYS software.Through the analysis,the mechanical dynamic characteristics of the mechanism can be obtained.The analysis results show that the whole mechanism can meet the performance parameters,and has good resistance to deformation and stiffness characteristics in the lifting Y direction.
