摘  要:针对飞机EWIS连接器的装配过程中由于连接器孔位多、易混淆、操作繁琐而导致的工作效率低和错误率高的问题,提出用现实增强技术给操作者进行指导和辅助的方案。旨在解决此方案中的图像处理和目标检测的问题,采用一种结合霍夫变换、连通域分析、迭代最近点算法等手段的方法。最后在实际的装配现场,进行真实的EWIS连接器装配,演示效果达到了预期目标,提出的方法能快速且准确的识别的场景中的连接器并给出相应指导,提高了装配的效率和准确性。In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and high error rate in the assembly process of EWIS connector,which are due to large number of plugs.This paper proposes a method to guide and assist the operator with augmented reality(AR)technology.In this paper,the problem of image processing and target detection in this scheme are solved with a method combining Hough Transform,Connected Component Analysis,Iterative Closest Point(ICP)algorithm.Finally,a EWIS connector assembly process was carried out in reality,and the result conformed to the expectation.The method proposed in this paper can quickly and accurately identify the connectors in the scene and give corresponding guidance,thus improving the efficiency and accuracy of assembly processes.
