摘　　要：阐述了扫描电镜及能谱仪在产品质量控制,磷偏析的检验,质量事故分析,组织确定,失效分析等方面的应用,说明了扫描电子显微镜对金属材料科学发展的贡献。The applications of scanning electron microscope and energy disperse spectroscopy in product quality control,phosphorus segregation inspection,quality accident analysis,microstructure determination and failure analysis are described.The contribution of SEM to the development of metal materials science is illustrated.
