摘  要:为解决塑料吸管带来的环境污染问题,本研究制备出一款环保型易降解的玉米醇溶蛋白吸管产品。本文以玉米醇溶蛋白为原料,研究羟丙基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、山梨醇和甘油等辅料对吸管的影响。在单因素实验基础上,以羟丙基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、山梨醇、甘油4个因素作为自变量,进行正交实验,通过检测吸管的拉伸轻度、感官分数、规格尺寸偏差和质量偏差等指标,确定了吸管的最佳制备工艺。实验结果表明:制备玉米醇溶蛋白吸管最佳成型条件为95%乙醇700μL,羟丙基纤维素0.25g、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.60g、山梨醇60μL、甘油50μL。在此工艺条件下,玉米醇溶蛋白吸管获得拉伸强度较高,感官较好,且吸管的规格尺寸和质量均符合相关标准。In order to solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by plastic straw,an environment-friendly biodegradable straw product of zein was prepared.In this paper,zein was used as raw material to study the effects of hydroxypropyl cellulose,polyvinylpyrrolidone,sorbitol and glycerol on pipette.On the basis of single factor experiment,taking hydroxypropyl cellulose,polyvinylpyrrolidone,sorbitol and glycerol as independent variables,orthogonal experiment was carried out.The best preparation process of pipette was determined by detecting the light degree of drawing,sensory score,size deviation and quality deviation of pipette.The results showed that the best molding condition of zein straw was 95%ethanol 700μL.Hydroxypropyl cellulose 0.25 g,polyvinylpyrrolidone 0.60 g,sorbitol 60μL.Glycerin 50μL.Under these conditions,zein straw has higher tensile strength and better sensory,and the size and quality of straw meet the relevant standards.
