摘 要:目的了解西部少数民族地区桂林市三甲医院医务人员病人安全文化认知状况,探讨影响病人安全文化认知的因素。方法采用病人安全文化调查问卷进行调查;用方差分析进行病人安全文化认知的单因素分析,并使用多元线性回归分析影响因素。结果桂林市医务人员对病人安全文化认知总体积极反应率为58.8%;认知的优势区域为组织的学习与持续改进(78.53%),待改进区域为交接班与转科(46.93%)、人员配置(44.55%)、差错的非惩罚性反应(21.67%);影响桂林市医务人员病人安全文化认知水平的因素有:学历、职称、对病人安全文化的熟悉程度、用工性质、直接接触病人情况。结论桂林市三甲医院医务人员病人安全文化的整体认知水平较低,而且医疗管理部门应该对交接班与转科、人员配置、差错的非惩罚性反应等引起重视。建议在今后制定病人安全文化政策时,要充分利用医疗人力资源、完善医务人员之间交接班与转科的制度,提升医务人员的使命感和建立差错非惩罚性报告系统。Objective To know about the cognitive status of medical staff on patient safety culture in Guilin tertiary hospitals,and to explore the factors affecting patient safety.Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out for investigation of patient safety.Univariate and multivariate regression analysis of patient safety was conducted,and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results The overall positive response rate of medical staff in Guilin to patient safety culture was 58.8%.The advantages of cognition were organizational learning and continuous improvement(78.53%),and the areas to be improved included shift and transfer(46.93%),staffing(44.55%),and non-punitive response to errors(21.67%).The factors influencing the cognitive level of patient safety culture were education background,professional title,familiarity with patient safety culture,employment nature,and direct contact with patients.Conclusions The overall cognitive level of patient safety culture among medical staff in Guilin tertiary hospitals is low,and medical management departments should pay attention to shift and transfer,staffing,and non-punitive response to errors.It is suggested that when formulating culture policies of patient safety in the future,we should make full use of medical human resources,improve the shift and transfer system between medical staff,improve the sense of mission of medical staff and establish error non-punitive reporting system.
