甘海胃康胶囊联合兰索拉唑治疗老年慢性萎缩性胃炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨甘海胃康胶囊联合兰索拉唑治疗老年患者慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效及对肌醇需求激酶1(IRE1)、应激活化蛋白激酶(JNK)蛋白的影响。方法:抽取2018年2月至2020年2月于洛阳市中医院治疗的老年慢性萎缩性胃炎患者164例,按照随机数字表法分为联合组及对照组,每组82例。对照组给予兰索拉唑治疗,联合组在对照组治疗基础上给予甘海胃康胶囊治疗。分析比较两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后IRE1、JNK蛋白表达OD值、中医症候积分及不良反应发生率。结果:联合组临床治疗总有效率(93.34%,79/82)优于对照组(71.95%,59/82),P<0.05。治疗后,两组IRE1、JNK蛋白表达OD值均降低,且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医症候积分均降低,且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率(4.88%,4/82)与对照组(8.54%,7/82)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:甘海胃康胶囊联合兰索拉唑治疗老年慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床疗效显著,能够有效降低IRE1、JNK磷酸化水平,改善患者临床症状,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Ganhai Weikang capsule combined with lansoprazole in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic atrophic gastritis,and its influence on inositol-requiring enzyme 1(IRE1)and c-Jun N-terminal kinase(JNK)proteins.Methods A total of 164 elderly patients with chronic atrophic gastritis treated in Luoyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected,and they were divided into combination group and control group according to random number table method,with 82 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lansoprazole,and the combination group was treated with Ganhai Weikang capsule based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy between the two groups were compared.Optical density(OD)values of IRE1 and JNK protein expression,and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the combination group(93.34%,79/82)was better than that of the control group(71.95%,59/82),P<0.05.After treatment,the OD values of IRE1 and JNK protein expression in the two groups decreased,and the OD values in the combination group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the combination group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the combination group(4.88%,4/82)and the control group(8.54%,7/82),P>0.05.Conclusions Ganhai Weikang capsule combined with lansoprazole has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.It can effectively reduce the phosphorylation level of IRE1 and JNK,and improve the clinical symptoms of patients,with high safety.
