摘 要:按照国标 GB 25974.2—2010 要求,为保证煤矿综采工作面顶板安全,需要测试液压支架立柱抗冲击性能。由于立柱型式多样,冲击试验时需建立数学模型,通过理论计算确定其初始试验参数。首先计算立柱冲击过程中流体阻力损失,再根据立柱的工作压力、行程、冲击时间、增压比等参数,确定冲击加载力,建立立柱冲击试验过程的数学模型。在实验室基于蓄能器建立冲击试验装置,对立柱进行冲击试验,分析验证试验和理论计算结果,进一步完善了立柱冲击数学模型和试验装置。According to the requirements of national standard GB25974.2-2010,in order to ensure the safety of the roof of the fully-mechanized mining work face,it is necessary to test the impact resistance of the hydraulic support column.Due to the variety of the column types,it is necessary to establish a mathematical model before the impact test and determine the initial test parameters through theoretical calculation.Firstly,the fluid resistance loss in the process of impacting the column was calculated,and then the impact loading force was determined according to the working pressure,stroke,impact duration and pressurization ratio etc.other parameters of the column,finally the mathematical model of the test process of impacting the hydraulic support column was established.In laboratory,the impact test device was established based on accumulator,and the impact test for the column was conducted.In addition,the test results and the theoretical calculation results were analyzed and verified,which further improved the column impact mathematical model and test device.
