摘  要:目的了解福州市副溶血性弧菌耐药情况及PFGE分型,为副溶血性弧菌污染引起的食物中毒防控提供科学依据。方法收集福州市2018—2020年分离自福州市超市的海产品、养殖场所的水产品、养殖水、闽江水及食源性疾病暴发事件病例的副溶血性弧菌150株,采用Not I限制性内切酶对进行副溶血性弧菌酶切,以脉冲场凝胶电泳进行PFGE分型,并对对其中128株副溶血性弧菌进行耐药检测。结果128株副溶血性弧菌对氨苄西林和头孢唑啉耐药率分别为82.6%和3.1%,对大部分抗生素敏感。150株副溶血性弧菌经酶切电泳后形成分子量在20~1100 kb不同的12~18个条带,显示明显的遗传多样性,以85%相似度为标准,共分成120种PFGE型别。5起食源性疾病暴发事件菌株之间相似率在84.8%~97.2%,1起找到中毒食品,4起未找到。分离自同一养殖场同一池塘白鲢鱼和养殖场水2株副溶血性弧菌同源性达97.8%。结论福州市副溶血性弧菌对于氨苄西林耐药率高,对大部分抗生素敏感,显示福州市沿海及江河湖抗生素污染可能较低。福州市同一起暴发病例菌株间具有同源性,不同海产品和海产品和闽江水之间环境分离菌株相似率低,亲缘关系相对较远,可能和样品采集数量和质量有关,提示在暴发事件流行病学调查中应采集更多的环境样本,以准确找到病原菌污染源头。Objective To analyze the antibiotic resistance and PFGE molecular epidemiological characteristics of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from Fuzhou,during 2018-2020.Methods The antibiotic resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was detected by automatic microbial identification and drug sensitivity analysis system.150 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from seafood purchased from supermarkets,aquatic products collected from aquaculture sites,aquaculture water and Minjiang River water,and patients with food-borne disease outbreaks in Fuzhou,during 2018-2020,were digested with Not1 restriction enzyme,and the images were captured by gel imaging system after PFGE.Drug resistance of 128 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was detected.Results The drug resistance of 128 stains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from seafood purchased from supermarkets,aquatic products collected from aquaculture sites,aquaculture water and Minjiang River water,and patients with food-borne disease outbreaks during 2018-2020 in FuZhou to ampicilin and cefazolin was 82.6%and 3.1%respectively.And they were sensitive to most antibiotics.After electrophoresis by enzyme digestion,Vibrio parahaemolyticus formed 12-18 bands with different molecular weights 20-1100 kb.Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Fuzhou showed significant genetic diversity.Base on 85%similarity,150 strains were clustered into 120 distinguishable PFGE groups.The similarity rate of the five food-borne disease outbreaks ranged from 84.8%to 97.2%.Poisoned food was found in 1 out of 5 outbreaks of foodborne disease.The homology of 2 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from silver carp and the pond water from the same pond in the same farm reached 97.8%.Conclusion Vibrio parahaemolyticus has a high resistance rate to ampicilin,and were sensitive to most antibiotics.There were many drugs for clinical treatment.The results indicated that the pollution of antibiotics in coastal areas,rivers and lakes in Fuzhou was relatively low.If the similarity rate between the strains is gre
