珠海市中小学校校医和保健教师配置现状

摘　　要：目的了解珠海市中小学校的校医和保健教师配置现状,为加强学校卫生保健队伍建设提供依据和参考。方法2018年6—9月采用自制调查问卷对珠海市211所中小学校的192名校医和20名保健教师进行普查。结果珠海市中小学校的卫生保健人员配置率为75.83%,配置比为1276:1,达标率为14.69%;其中校医的配置率为68.25%,配置比为1408:1,达标率为7.6%。从校医配置情况来看,周边城乡学校配置率为38.54%,低于中心城区学校的93.04%,存在一定差距,公办学校为68.45%,与民办学校的67.44%接近,中等职业学校、小学、初中和九年一贯制学校与完全中学、高中和十二年一贯制学校之间存在一定差距,<600名学生的寄宿制学校、≥600名学生的学校与<600名学生的非寄宿制学校之间存在一定差距。结论珠海市中小学校的校医和保健教师的配置存在不充分不均衡的问题,需加大投入,因地制宜采取多种配套模式。Objective To understand the current situation of school doctors and health teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhuhai City,so as to provide the evidence and reference for strengthening the construction of school health care team.Methods A total of 212 school doctors and health teachers from 211 primary and secondary schools in Zhuhai City were investigated by the self-designed questionnaire.Results The allocation rate of health care personnel in primary and secondary schools in Zhuhai City was 75.83%,the allocation ratio was 1276:1,and the rate of reaching the standard was 14.69%.The allocation rate of school doctors was 68.25%,the allocation ratio was 1408:1,and the rate of reaching the standard was 7.6%.From the point of view of the allocation of school doctors,the rate of allocatior in surrounding urban-rural schools is 38.54%,and it lower than that of the schools in the central urban area(93.04%),the public schools were close to the private schools,but there was a certain gap between the secondary vocational schools,primary schools,junior high schools,nine-year schools and the complete middle schools,senior high schools,12-year schools.There was a certain gap among the boarding schools with less than 600 students,the schools with more than 600 students,and schools with less than 600 students.Conclusion The allocation of school doctors and health teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhuhai City is not fully balanced.It is necessary to increase the investment and adopt various supporting modes according to the local conditions.
