摘  要:随着各种工业民用电源需求的不断增加和供电的多样化,对DC-DC变换器拓扑的需求愈加丰富,DC-DC变换器拓扑已成为一个重要的研究方向。文中基于图论,提出一种S^(1)D^(1)L^(2)C^(1)型DC-DC变换器可编程拓扑搜索算法,其中S^(1)D^(1)L^(2)C^(1)表示拓扑结构中开关管、二极管、电感和电容的数量分别为1、1、2、1。所提出的搜索算法由非同构图的构建、环路搜索、环路电气特性筛选3部分组成,可搜索出S^(1)D^(1)L^(2)C^(1)型所有可正常工作的DC-DC变换器拓扑。这种拓扑搜索方法既不受限于特定开关网络单元,又能克服现有拓扑构造过程中存在的随机性和不确定性,从而可以显著节约新拓扑研究的时间成本。最后,利用提出的搜索算法得到包括Cuk、Sepic等经典拓扑在内的32种拓扑,其中包括9种首次提出的新拓扑和5种首次发现的开关网络单元,从而验证了基于图论的S^(1)D^(1)L^(2)C^(1)型DC-DC变换器可编程拓扑搜索算法的正确性和有效性。With the diversification of power supply modes and the continuous increase of various industrial and civil power supplies,lots of DC-DC converter typologies have been proposed and applied into engineering.And the research on DC-DC converter topologies has attracted more and more attention.In this paper,a programmable topology searching algorithm for S^(1)D^(1)L^(2)C^(1) DC-DC converters was proposed based on the graph theory,where S^(1)D^(1)L^(2)C^(1) means that the numbers of switch,diode,inductors,and capacitor in the topology are 1,1,2,1,respectively.The proposed search algorithm included three parts:non-isomorphic graph construction of the S^(1)D^(1)L^(2)C^(1) DC-DC converters,loop searching,and loop electrical characteristics screening.By using the proposed algorithm,all working topologies of S^(1)D^(1)L^(2)C^(1) DC-DC converters can be searched out.The proposed algorithm and topology search flow do not need to consider specific switch cell,and they can overcome the randomness and uncertainty during forming or proposing new topology,which is totally different with the existing topology construction methods.What’s more,the programmable topology searching algorithm in this paper can be used to significantly save time for proposing a new topology since it can be carried out by a computer.Finally,the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed programmable topology search algorithm were verified,32 topologies of the S^(1)D^(1)L^(2)C^(1) DC-DC converters were searched out by the proposed algorithm,including the well-known Cuk converter and Sepic converter,as well as eight new topologies and five new switch cells.
