摘　　要：农产品的安全是人类健康的保证,农产品在出口时都面临着严格的标准和法规要求.本文选取玉米糁作为研究对象,对比分析我国与国际食品法典委员会(CAC)、欧盟、日本、韩国、美国等五个国家地区或组织对于玉米糁中金属污染物、真菌毒素的限量标准规定指标,并就进一步完善我国玉米糁重金属污染、真菌毒素限量标准进行了分析探讨,为我国玉米糁的国际贸易提供技术支撑.The safety of agricultural products is the guarantee of human health.Agricultural products are facing strict standards and regulations when they are exported.This paper selects corn grits as the research object,and compares and analyzes the limit standards of metal pollutants and mycotoxins in corn grits between China and the European Union,countries including Japan,South Korea and the United States and the Codex Alimentarius Commission(CAC).It also analyzes and discusses the further improvement of the limit standards of heavy metal pollution and mycotoxins in corn grits in China to provide technical support for international trade.
