摘  要:以某型装载机为例,建立轮式装载机全液压湿式制动系统的仿真模型,在典型方波制动信号下动态模拟制动回路中蓄能器压力和流量的变化,分析制动缸内压力、流量关系,探讨制动缸进口处的流量变化,制动速度变化曲线。AMEsim仿真结果表明:蓄能器充液阶段,压力轻微波动,流量变化存在一定冲击。制动时,制动缸进口流量、制动速度几乎呈线性变化,稳定性较好。轮式装载机全液压湿式制动系统仿真为装载机的设计优化和试验提供一定参考。Taking a certain model loader as an example,simulation model of full hydraulic wet braking system of wheel loader is established,changes of accumulator pressure and flow in brake circuit are dynamically simulated under typical square wave braking signal,relationship between pressure and flow in brake cylinder is analyzed,and flow change at inlet of brake cylinder and braking speed change curve are discussed.AMEsim simulation results show that,in charging stage of accumulator,pressure fluctuates slightly,and flow change has a certain impact.When braking,flow at inlet of brake cylinder and braking speed almost change linearly,and the stability is good.Simulation of full hydraulic wet braking system of wheel loader provides a certain reference for design optimization and test of loader.
