摘 要:介绍静液压传动系统的基本工作原理以及闭式液压系统在制动过程中出现的超越负载对发动机的影响。根据超越负载原理设计了一种针对静液压装载机作业循环的制动能量回收系统,该系统以蓄能器为能量储存元件,逻辑阀为主控元件,实现了制动过程的能量回收。回收的能量可用于装载机的起步和加速工况,从而降低发动机功率消耗,实现节能,同时可增加整机动力性。通过理论计算确定蓄能器的最大储能条件,并根据装载机典型作业工况对系统参数进行设计计算,选定元件规格。经试验验证所设计的静液压装载机制动能量回收系统节能效果明显。Basic working principle of hydrostatic drive system and influence of overload of closed hydraulic system in braking process on engine are introduced.According to principle of overload,a braking energy recovery system for operating cycle of hydrostatic loader is designed.The system uses accumulator as energy storage element and logic valve as main control element to realize energy recovery in braking process.The recovered energy can be used for starting and accelerating conditions of loader,so as to reduce power consumption of engine,realize energy saving and improve dynamic performance of whole machine.The maximum energy storage condition of accumulator is determined through theoretical calculation,system parameters are designed and calculated based on typical working conditions of loader,and element specifications are selected.Tests have verified that the designed braking energy recovery system of hydrostatic loader has obvious energy-saving effect.
