呼吸道冠状病毒-NL63感染致急性坏死性脑炎一例

摘　　要：冠状病毒-NL63(Cov-NL63)是较常见的呼吸道病毒,常引起发热、咳嗽、咳痰、肺炎等严重呼吸道症状,中枢神经系统损害较少见。文中报道1例以认知功能损害为首发症状的呼吸道Cov-NL63感染所致急性坏死性脑炎患者,头颅CT/磁共振成像表现为胼胝体、双侧大脑半球多发对称软化灶形成、呈现坏死的影像学特征。Coronavirus-NL63 is a common respiratory virus,which often causes severe respiratory symptoms such as fever,cough,expectoration,pneumonia and so on.The damage of central nervous system is rare.A case of acute necrotizing encephalitis caused by respiratory coronavirus-NL63 infection with cognitive impairment as the first symptom is reported,finding of CT/magnetic resonance imaging scanning indicating necrosis combined with a striated encephalomalacia of the corpus callosum and bilateral cerebral hemispheres.
