摘  要:通过田间小区试验方法,以不施肥(CK)和只施化肥(CK1)为对照,研究了氮肥减施15%、30%和45%且配施三种不同的生物有机肥对芹菜(Apium graveolens)生长、产量和品质的影响,以明确生物有机肥与化肥配施对芹菜生长的促进作用,为当地芹菜高质量生产提供理论依据和技术支撑。结果表明,氮肥减30%+“中农绿康绿地康”生物冲施肥(T8)的芹菜株高和茎粗较CK1分别增加了26.5%、27.3%。氮肥减30%+“中农绿康”抗重茬微生态制剂(T2)、氮肥减30%+“兴农精赞”农用微生物菌剂(T5)、氮肥减30%+“中农绿康绿地康”生物冲施肥(T8)处理的产量分别为124 t·hm^(-2)、126 t·hm^(-2)和127 t·hm^(-2),以T8处理的产量最高,比CK1产量显著增加了15.4%。而且,T8处理的硝酸盐含量为78.9 mg·kg^(-1),低于所有施肥处理,较CK1显著降低了73.2%;且T8处理能够明显提升芹菜中的维生素C含量和可溶性蛋白的含量。氮肥减量30%并配施生物肥的处理对芹菜的生长和提质增效均有显著的作用,从三种生物肥料的作用效果来看,以“中农绿康绿地康”生物冲施肥的作用效果最佳,适合在当地推广。In order to clarify the effect of bio-organic fertilizer combined with chemical fertilizer on the growth of celery and provide theoretical basis and technical support for local celery high-quality production,we studied the effects of 15%,30%and 45%nitrogen reduction combined with three different biological organic fertilizers on the growth,yield and quality of Apium graveolens in a field plot experiment with no fertilizer(CK)and only fertilizer(CK1)as the control.The results showed that celery plant height and stem diameter of T8 treatment(30%nitrogen reduction+"Zhongnong Lvkang Lvdikang")was 26.5%and 27.3%higher than those of CK1,respectively.The yield of T2(30%nitrogen reduction+"Zhongnong Lvkang"),T5(30%nitrogen fertilizer reduction+"Xingnong Jingzan")and T8(30%nitrogen reduction+"Zhongnong Lvkang Lvdikang")treatments was 124 t·hm^(-2),126 t·hm^(-2) and 127 t·hm^(-2),respectively.T8 treatment was with the highest yield,significantly increased by 15.4%than that of CK1.The nitrate content of T8 treatment was with 78.9 mg·kg^(-1),lower than all fertilization treatments,and significantly lower than that of CK1 by 73.2%.The T8 treatment significantly increased the vitamin C content and soluble protein content of celery.The treatment of 30%nitrogen reduction combined with the application of biological fertilizer significantly improved the growth,the quality and efficiency of celery.“Zhongnong Lvkang Lvdikang”biological fertilization was with the best effect,suitable for local promotion.
