高职大学生创业胜任力现状及对策研究--以常州高职园区766名高职生调查为例

摘　　要：创业胜任力是创业人才的重要素养和人格特质,创业胜任力的提升能够促进创业教育的有的放矢,发掘人才的潜力。本研究通过调查学生创业胜任力现状,发现高职大学生创业胜任力不高,在年级、专业、性别、生源地上存在着群体差异,根据调查结果,提出了提升学生创业素养、增强创业实践,客观分析指导创业,对农村学生创业进行精准培养和帮扶等举措。Entrepreneurial competence is an important quality and personality trait for entrepreneurial talents,and the enhancement of entrepreneurial competence can promote the targeting of entrepreneurship education and explore the potential of talents.In this study,by investigating the current situation of students'entrepreneurial competence,we found that the entrepreneurial competence of higher vocational college students is not high,and there are group differences in grade,major,gender,and birthplace.Based on the findings,initiatives are proposed to improve students'entrepreneurial literacy,enhance entrepreneurial practice,guide entrepreneurship with objective analysis,and provide precise training and support for rural students'entrepreneurship.
