摘 要:以KH-550为硅烷偶联剂,正硅酸乙酯为纳米氧化硅前驱体,通过溶胶-凝胶法于温和反应条件制备得到了纳米氧化硅改性聚乳酸复合膜。采用TG、DTA、红外光谱和SEM等分析手段对样品进行表征分析。结果表明,合成过程中通过水解成功合成纳米SiO_(2)粒子,均匀分散于并且成功与PLA化学接枝;当样品中SiO_(2)质量分数为0.56%时可以显著促进PLA综合性能。融化与分解温度分别提升约4℃和34℃,吸湿率提升至2.7%,溶胀率提升至4.7%,透气性能提升7.1%;而过量的SiO_(2)会使复合膜亲水性能、透气性能和阻燃性降低。With KH-550 as silane coupling agent and tetraethyl orthosilicate as precursor of nano silica,nano silica modified polylactic acid composite membrane was prepared by sol gel method under mild reaction conditions.The samples were characterized by TG,DTA,IR and SEM.The results showed that nano-SiO_(2)particles were successfully synthesized by hydrolysis,which were uniformly dispersed in PLA and chemically grafted with PLA.When the mass fraction of SiO_(2)is 0.56%,the comprehensive properties of PLA can be significantly improved.The melting and decomposition temperatures were increased by about 4℃and 34℃,respectively.The moisture absorption rate,swelling rate and air permeability were increased to 2.7%,4.7%and 7.1%,respectively.However,excessive SiO_(2)can reduce the hydrophilicity,permeability and flame retardancy of the composite membrane.
