M3 Pro镍钛锉在老年人后牙根管治疗中的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察一种新型国产镍钛根管扩大系统M3 Pro在老年患者中后牙根管预备的效果,并与经典镍钛锉ProTaper Universal进行对比,以期用经济实惠的价格、较高的工作效率使患者得到更好的治疗。方法:选取需进行根管治疗的老年患者的磨牙80颗,随机分为2组,每组40颗,其中M3 Pro(MP)组共计130个根管,ProTaper Universal组共计132个根管,记录每个根管预备所用的时间,观察术后反应、根管充填效果以及评估一年后疗效。结果:M3 Pro组单根管预备时间为(78.92±6.03)s,ProTaperUniversal(PU)组单根管预备时间为(94.25±9.08)s,M3 Pro组效率高于ProTaperUniversal组,两组存在显著性差异。两组术后当天疼痛反应、根管充填质量以及治疗结束一年后的疗效评估均存在差异,但不具有统计学意义。结论:M3 Pro与ProTaperUniversal进行根管预备均可以达到较好的效果,但M3 Pro比ProTaperUniversal预备时间短,操作效率高,且M3 Pro作为国产镍钛锉价格较低,可以很大程度降低成本,值得在临床中广泛推广。Objective:To observe the effect of domestic M3 Pro nickel titanium file on posterior root canal preparation in elderly patients,and compared with the classic nickel-titanium file ProTaper Universal.In order to make patients get better treatment with economical price and higher work efficiency.Methods:80 molars of elderly patients requiring root canal treatment were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 40 teeth in each group.The M3 Pro(MP)group included 130 root canals,and the ProTaper Universal group included 132 root canals.The time of each root canal preparation was recorded to observe the postoperative response,the effect of root canal filling,and to evaluate the effect one year later.Results:The preparation time of single root canal in M3 Pro group and ProTaper Universal group was(78.92±6.03)s and(94.25±9.08)s respectively.The efficiency of M3 Pro group was higher than that of ProTaper Universal group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups.There were differences in postoperative pain response,quality of root canal filling,and efficacy evaluation after one year in the two groups,but they were not statistically significant.Conclusion:M3 Pro and ProTaperUniversal canal preparation can achieve good results.However,M3 Pro has shorter preparation time and higher operation efficiency than ProTaper Universal.Besides,M3 Pro has a lower price as a domestic nickel-titanium file,which can greatly reduce the cost and is worth promoting widely in the clinic.
