同期拔除多颗牙对老年患者生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:评价老年患者同期拔除多颗牙齿术前、术后生存质量的差别。方法:选取2019年1月~2019年12月在我院口腔外科就诊的老年患者50例,在局麻下每位患者拔除3-4颗共计200颗患牙,分别于术前、术后填写口腔健康影响程度量表中文版(OHIP-14),根据量表具体的条目进行打分,量表总分越高,表明患者生存质量状况越差,以此来评价同期拔除多颗牙对患者生存质量的影响。结果:老年患者一次性拔除多颗患牙后的OHIP-14量表中,“生理性疼痛”领域的得分显著性下降(P<0.05),总分及“功能限制”、“心理不适”、“生理障碍”、“心理障碍”、“社交障碍”、“残障”领域与拔牙治疗前相比无显著性变化(P>0.05),老年患者治疗后的“生理性疼痛”领域中负面影响百分比较拔牙前有显著性下降(P<0.05),其他领域负面影响百分比均无显著性改变(P>0.05)。结论:同期拔除老年患者多颗残根、残冠不会影响患者的生活质量。Objective:To evaluate the effect of many teeth extraction at the same time on dental-related quality of life in the elderly patients.Methods:200 teeth in elderly patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were extracted by tooth extraction.The Chinese version of oral health impact profile-14(OHIP-14)was employed to evaluate the impact of quality of life in these patients before and 1 week after treatment.The higher the scale scores are,the worse the oral health life quality is.Results:After many teeth extraction at the same time,OHIP-14“physiological pain”scores were lower than those before with significant difference(P<0.05).The scores on total,“functional limitation”,“psychological discomforts”,“physiological disorder”and“psy-chological disorder”“communication disorder”,“physi-ological disabilities”after treatment were all no significantly different than those before(P>0.05).The negative impact on“physiological pain”significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05),other were all no significantly difference than those before(P>0.05).Conclusion:many teeth extraction at the same time have no effect on the quality of life of the elderly.
