摘  要:大学英语教学改革成为中国外语教学改革的焦点与中心,培养非英语专业学生的跨文化交际能力为大学英语教改的重要课题。当下高校“金课”建设的核心和关键是以“课程思政”实现“立德树人”。在这一背景之下,基于大学英语拓展课——“演讲的艺术”教学实践,以“产出导向法”为指导,从学习饥饿感的激发、教学“脚手架”的搭建和师生互评的产出验证三个方面为思政内容,在演讲课中的融合提供策略、方法和路径,通过跨文化交际能力的提高,实现人才培养的品德与价值目标。It is evident that college English teaching reform remains the focus and the center of China's foreign language teaching reform.Clearly,cultivating the intercultural communication competence of non-English major students is one of the most important topics for college English teaching reform.Nowadays,the core and the key of constructing the"gold courses"in colleges is to achieve the fundamental goal of"strengthening morality education and cultivating talents"by"blending ideological and political education elements with the major courses".Under such context,based on the teaching practice of the College English Extension-Curriculum"The Art of Public Speaking",the paper tries to provide some rationales,strategies and paths about how to integrate the ideological and political education content into the English public speaking course.Under the guideline of the"production-oriented approach",the English public speaking course is able to enhance students'intercultural communication competence and realize the moral and value goals of talent cultivation.
