CT平扫结合MRI扫描诊断左侧蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤临床特点及表现探析

摘　　要：目的:就关于蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤患者应用CT平扫与MRI扫描结合诊断的临床特点与表现进行探析。方法:取100例在我院接受诊治的蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤患者为分析对象,诊疗时间跨度为2018年1月-2020年1月,对纳入研究对象患者应用软件SAS18.0辅助并做均等分组,设为对照组与观察组,分别单纯应用CT平扫、联合MRI扫描。对患者影像学检查后所得图像特点进行比较并归纳CT平扫结合MRI扫描对此类疾病的临床价值。结果:联合扫描后对肿瘤在形状、位置方面所显示信息更加清晰且显著优于对照组(P<0.05);联合扫描后在高密度状态的检测数据显著优于对照组(P<0.05);对图像扫描最终结果分析时,单纯CT平扫与联合扫描对于轻度水肿评估数据无显著差异(P>0.05),在中度、重度水肿评估方面联合扫描有显著优越性(P<0.05)。结论:对蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤患者应用CT平扫结合MRI扫描能够清楚的显示肿瘤在形态学方面的特点,帮助医生更全面的掌握肿瘤周围的状况,对于后续治疗方案在制定以及术中存在风险预防有重要指导意义,值得重视并推广。Objective:To analyze the clinical features and manifestations of patients with left sphenoid ridge meningioma using CT plain scan and MRI scan.Methods:100 cases of patients with left sphenoid ridge meningioma who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the analysis objects. The diagnosis and treatment time span was from January 2018 to January 2020. The application software SAS18.0 assisted and performed the treatment of the included patients. The groups were equally divided into the control group and the observation group, respectively, using plain CT scan and combined MRI scan. Compare the image characteristics of patients after imaging examination and summarize the clinical value of CT plain scan combined with MRI scan for such diseases.Results:After the combined scan, the information displayed on the shape and position of the tumor was clearer and was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);the detection data in the high-density state after the combined scan was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);When analyzing the final results of image scanning, plain CT scan and combined scan had no significant difference in the assessment data of mild edema(P>0.05), and combined scanning had significant advantages in the assessment of moderate and severe edema(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of CT plain scan combined with MRI scan to patients with sphenoid ridge meningioma can clearly show the morphological characteristics of the tumor, helping doctors to more comprehensively grasp the conditions around the tumor, and for subsequent treatment plans and risk prevention during surgery. Important guiding significance, worthy of attention and promotion.
