摘  要:为降低高黎贡山隧道2号竖井的水患威胁,在井筒开挖前,采用地面预注浆技术,对井筒穿越的含水层进行治理。受复杂地层条件影响,地面预注浆工程难度极大,施工中发生过2次较大的塌孔埋钻事故;在不同层位,发生过若干次主、副井浆液对串现象,部分注浆段注浆压力上升缓慢。针对施工中出现的问题,在反复探索的基础上,总结出高黎贡山隧道2号竖井地面预注浆施工关键技术。实践证明:①通过主动控压技术,可提高钻孔成孔率;②化学泥浆材料和人造孔壁技术,能有效克服钻孔围岩的破裂滑移影响,保证孔壁稳定性;③采取“定位、定量、减扰”原则,可有效避免浆液超范围扩散,保证注浆效果。In order to reduce a water disaster threat in No.2 shaft of Gaoligong Mountain Tunnel,before the excavation of the shaft,a surface pre-grouting technology was applied to control the shaft passed through the aquifer.Due to the influence by the complicated strata condition,the difficulty of the surface pre grouting engineering was maximum and there were 2 large hole collapsed and buried hole accidents occurred during the construction.In different layer level,several grout interaction flow phenomenon was occurred in the main and auxiliary shafts and the grouting pressure in partial grouting section was slowly increased.According to the problems occurred in the construction,based on the repeated explorations,the paper summarized the key technology of the surface pre-grouting operation in No.2 shaft of Gaoligong Mountain Tunnel.The practices showed that①with the active pressure control technology applied,the rate of the drilling holes could be improved.②The chemical mud material and artificial borehole wall technology could effectively overcome the cracking and sliding influences of the surrounding rock in the borehole and could ensure the stability of the borehole wall.③The principle of“positioning,quantitative and disturbance reduction”could be applied to effectively eliminate the grout over rage diffusion and to ensure the grouting effect.
