血浆乳酸动态监测在犬胃肠道危重病例预后评估中的作用

摘　　要：为探究血浆乳酸动态监测在犬胃肠道危重病例预后评估中的作用,本试验收集了5例胃肠道重症患病犬,分别为肠扭转1例,胃扭转1例,肠套叠1例,肠穿孔1例,胃穿孔1例。同时,对该5例患病犬的血浆乳酸浓度及早期乳酸清除率(24 h内)进行了检测。结果显示,死亡的2例患病犬血浆乳酸浓度随病情的发展持续升高,乳酸清除率明显下降;治愈的3例患犬初始乳酸值很高,经治疗后乳酸浓度值下降到正常水平,乳酸清除率明显上升。结果表明,血浆乳酸浓度和早期乳酸清除率可以作为评估胃肠道重症患犬治疗情况以及预后的良好指标。In order to explore the role of dynamic monitoring of plasma lactic acid in the prognostic assessment of canine critical gastrointestinal cases,five canines suffered from serious illness were collected,including one intestinal volvulus cases,one gastric volvulus case,one intussusception case,one intestinal perforation case and one gastric perforation case.The plasma lactic acid concentration and early lactate clearance rate(in 24 h)of five canines were recorded.The results indicated that with the further development of the disease,the lactic acid concentration of the death increased significantly and the lactate clearance rate decreased significantly.As for three cured canines,the initial concentration of lactic acid was high and then decreased to the normal level after treatment and the clearance rate of lactate increased significantly.The results showed that the plasma lactic acid concentration and the early lactate clearance rate can be used as good indicators to assess the treatment and prognosis of severe gastrointestinal diseases of canine.
