摘　　要：电子健康卡(码)是国家卫生健康委员会统一发放的,全国一码通行。健康卡(码)作为跨区域的个人健康信息新载体,它的出现为病案查询模式提供了新思路,将病案查询与电子健康卡相结合值得探讨。本文从病案查询服务的现状和电子健康卡(码)切入,结合实际情况,就病案远程查询的功能架构设计、具体服务流程和信息安全隐私设计方面进行了探讨。统一的顶层设计是实现跨区域信息共享互认的基础,统一标准可避免不同医疗机构的重复建设。患者即便在不同区域就诊,获得的身份标识是唯一的。要实现远程查询病案模式需要患者先领取健康卡(码),并授权开通远程查询功能才能实现病案资料的自助查询功能。电子健康卡为病案查询提供了新思路,使患者获取病案资料时不受时空的限制,使医疗信息真正共享,提升了公共服务之效能。The electronic health card(code)is issued by the National Health Commission,and it can be used all over the country.As a new carrier of cross-regional personal health information,the emergence of health card(code)provides a new idea for the mode of medical record inquiry,and it is worth exploring the combination of medical record inquiry and electronic health card.Starting from the current situation of medical record query service and electronic health card(code),this paper discusses the functional architecture design,specific service flow and information security privacy design of remote medical record query based on actual situation.Unified top-level design is the basis for realizing cross-regional information sharing and mutual recognition.Unified standards can avoid the repeated construction of different medical institutions.Patients receive a unique identification even if they are treated in different areas.In order to realize the mode of remote medical record inquiry,patients need to first get a health card(code)and authorize to open the remote query function to realize the self-service query function of medical record data.The electronic health card provides a new idea for medical record inquiry,so that patients can get medical record data without the limitation of time and space,so that the medical information is truly shared,and the efficiency of public service is improved.
