摘 要:目的探究线上线下混合教学方法在内科住院医师体格检查培训中的应用效果。方法本研究选取2019年7月1日-2020年6月30日在某院内科系统接受规范化培训的住院医师70人为研究对象,将2020年1月1日-2020年6月30日接受规范化培训的住院医师35人作为实验组,采用线上线下混合教学方法进行培训;将2019年7月1日-2019年12月31日的住院医师35人作为对照组,采用传统教学方法。通过实践考核、问卷调查评价教学效果。结果实验组和对照组查体考核成绩[(85.0±4.2)分比(82.7±4.2)分]、完成时间[(5.8±1.0)min比(6.5±1.2)min]的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组和对照组的教学方法满意率[85.7%(30/35)比62.9%(22/35)]的差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.786,P=0.029);实验组住院医师在学习兴趣[94.3%(33/35)比71.4%(25/35)]、知识记忆[91.4%(32/35)比71.4%(25/35)]、师生沟通[91.4%(33/35)比68.6%(24/35)]3个方面的教学效果评价优于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论线上线下混合教学方法对内科住院医师进行体格检查培训能保证培训效果,提升住院医师学习兴趣、加强知识记忆、改善师生沟通,获得较好的教学效果。Objectives To explore the application and effect of online and offline interactive teaching method in internal medicine residents’physical examination training.Methods In this study,70 residents who received standardized training in the internal medicine system of a hospital from July 1st,2019 to June 30th,2020 were selected as the research subjects,and 35 residents who received standardized training in the internal medicine system from January 1st,2020 to June 30th,2020 were selected as the experimental group.The training was conducted using a mixed online and offline teaching method.A total of 35 residents from July 1st,2019 to December 31st,2019 were selected as the control group,and traditional teaching methods were adopted.Evaluate the teaching effect through practice examination and questionnaire survey.Results There were statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in physical examination score[(85.0±4.2)points vs.(82.7±4.2)points]and completion time[(5.8±1.0)min vs.(6.5±1.2)min](P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of teaching methods between the experimental group and the control group[85.7%(30/35),62.9%(22/35)]was significantly different(χ^(2)=4.786,P=0.029).The experimental group was better than the control group in three aspects evaluation of teaching effect such as learning interest[94.3%(33/35),71.4%(25/35)],knowledge memory[91.4%(32/35),71.4%(25/35)],and teacher-student communication[91.4%(33/35),68.6%(24/35)],the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions The mixed online and offline teaching method for physical examination training of internal medicine residents could ensure the training effect,enhance the learning interest of residents,enhance knowledge memory,improve the communication between teachers and students,and achieve a better teaching effect.
