摘  要:目的探讨风湿专业实习中基础、临床课程融合联合培养性讲课教学法的有效性和可行性.方法选取在某院风湿免疫科实习的60名学生作为研究对象,其中2018年9月17日-2019年05月21日期间的30名实习生为对照组,2019年09月02日-2020年05月31日的30名为观察组.对照组采用传统教学方法教学,观察组采用基础、临床课程融合+培养性讲课教学法教学.教学结束后,观察并比较两组学生考核成绩、临床思维、学习效果、课程设置合理性、教学方式及满意度.结果观察组学生临床考核成绩得分高于对照组(88.34±7.02vs79.2±7.46),差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组学生临床思维(96.7%vs53.3%)、学习效果(93.3%vs60%)、课程设置合理性(93.3%vs63.3%)、教学方式评估(90.0%vs66.7%)均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组学生满意度调查高于对照组(96.7%vs80%),差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05.结论基础、临床课程融合结合培养性讲课的教学方式能搞提高学生的客观考核成绩、主观能动性、对课程的认同度及对疾病更深层次的理解,从而提高学生的实习效果,值得在实践教学中进一步推广.Objective To assessment the effectiveness and feasibility of the integration of basic and clinical courses+training lectures in the teaching reform of rheumatism practice.Methods 60 students in the Department of Rheumatology and immunology,were selected as the research objects in a hospital,including 30 students from September 17,2018 to may 21,2019 as the control group,and 30 students from September 2,2019 to may 31,2020 as the observation group.The control group was taught by traditional teaching methods,while the observation group was taught by the combination of basic and clinical courses+training lectures.At the end of the teaching,the assessment results,clinical thinking,learning effect,curriculum rationality,teaching methods and satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Results the clinical examination scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(88.34±7.02 vs79.2±7.46),the difference was significant(P<0.05);the clinical thinking(96.7%vs53.3%),learning effect(93.3%vs60%),curriculum rationality(93.3%vs63.3%),teaching method evaluation(90.0%vs66.7%)of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction survey of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(96.7%vs80%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the teaching method of combining basic and clinical courses with cultivating lectures can improve students’objective examination scores,subjective initiative,recognition of the course and deeper understanding of diseases,so as to improve the students’practice effect,which is worthy of further promotion in practice teaching.
