围术期干预对预防妇科恶性肿瘤术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨妇科恶性肿瘤患者围手术期干预对预防术后下肢深静脉血栓的效果.方法选取2018年7月1日-2019年6月30日在某三甲医院接受手术治疗妇科恶性肿瘤患者病案384例进行回顾性研究,将采用预防DVT干预措施的218病例列为实验组,未采取预防DVT干预措施的166病例列为对照组,比较两组患者手术后凝血的各项指标和发生DVT的情况.结果两组患者术前凝血指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者术后凝血指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组发生DVT病例有17例,发生率为10.2%,而实验组发生DVT病例为6例,发生率为2.75%,两组患者DVT发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论早期识别妇科恶性肿瘤术后患者DVT发生的风险,及早采取干预措施,对降低妇科恶性肿瘤患者围手术期DVT发生率有显著效果.Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative intervention on prevention of postoperative deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities in patients with gynecological malignant tumors.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the medical records of 384 patients with gynecological malignant tumors who underwent surgery in a third-class hospital from July 1,2018 to June 30,2019.218 cases who took preventive measures against DVT were selected as the experimental group and 166 cases without preventive measures against DVT were selected as the control group.The indexes of blood coagulation and the incidence of DVT after operation were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in preoperative blood coagulation indexes between the two groups(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in postoperative blood coagulation indexes between the two groups(P<0.05).There were 17 cases of DVT in the control group,with an incidence of 10.2%,while 6 cases of DVT occurred in the experimental group,with an incidence of 2.75%.There was a significant difference in the incidence of DVT between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early identification of the risk of DVT in postoperative patients with gynecological malignant tumors and early intervention measures have a significant effect on reducing the incidence of perioperative DVT in patients with gynecological malignant tumors.
