摘　　要：条形码技术的应用越来越普遍,为了对病案实施有效的跟踪,将条形码技术应用到病案的流通管理中,可帮助病案人员快速找到病案。在条形码技术的应用下,病案得到全过程的跟踪,它们每流通到一个地方都通过条形码进行扫描登记,病案的行踪数据存储到计算机里面,检索起来方便快捷。病案人员只需要在示踪系统输入病案号,就可以快速获得病案的位置和状态,缩短病案查找时间,加快病案的供应速度。应用条形码管理病案资料以后,每个流通环节都有相应的记录,病案位置和状态变化随时得到监控,病案人员可充分掌握病案的流通去向,避免了病案的丢失。The application of bar code technology is becoming more and more common,in order to track the medical records effectively,bar code technology is applied to the circulation management of medical records,which can help medical record personnel to find medical records quickly.With the application of bar code technology,the whole process of medical records can be tracked.When the medical records come to a new place,they are scanned and registered by barcode.The track data of medical records are stored in the computer,which is convenient and fast to retrieve.The medical record personnel only need to input the medical record number in the tracing system,then they can quickly obtain the location and status of the medical record,shorten the time of medical record search and speed up the supply of medical records.After the application of bar code to manage medical records,each circulation link has corresponding records,the location and status of medical records can be monitored at any time,medical record personnel can grasp the circulation direction of medical records,to avoid the loss of medical records.
