某三级综合医院2015年-2019年新增恶性肿瘤收治分析

摘　　要：目的了解某三级综合医院新增恶性肿瘤收治规律情况,为制定恶性肿瘤预防措施提供相关依据。方法收集某三级综合医院2015年1月1日-2019年12月31日所有出院患者中主要诊断为恶性肿瘤的病例资料共15844例,分别计算恶性肿瘤构成比及顺位、不同性别恶性肿瘤顺位以及不同年龄段肿瘤构成情况等。结果新增恶性肿瘤病例15844例,占全部出院人数的7.11%,新增恶性肿瘤男女性别比为1.13:1。新增恶性肿瘤前10位疾病为肝癌、肺癌、宫颈癌、结直肠癌、乳腺癌、鼻咽癌、食管癌、胃癌、恶性淋巴瘤、白血病;男性前10位为肝癌、肺癌、鼻咽癌、结直肠癌、食管癌、胃癌、白血病、淋巴瘤、膀胱癌、前列腺癌;女性前10位为宫颈癌、乳腺癌、结直肠癌、肺癌、肝癌、鼻咽癌、卵巢癌、甲状腺癌、淋巴瘤、白血病。新增恶性肿瘤病例40岁以上人群占全部新增恶性肿瘤的95.43%,新增恶性肿瘤病例60岁-69岁年龄段新增恶性肿瘤构成达到最高,占26.38%。结论新增恶性肿瘤收治量呈上升趋势,新增恶性肿瘤收治集中在40岁-69岁年龄组。肿瘤防控形势十分严峻,应重点加强肝癌、肺癌、宫颈癌、结直肠癌、乳腺癌和鼻咽癌等恶性肿瘤的预防与控制。Objective To understand the pathogenesis of new malignant tumors in a hospital,and to provide a supporting basis for the development of preventive measures for malignant tumors.Methods To retrieve the data on the new cases of malignant tumors from January 1,2015 to December 31,2019 in a tertiary general hospital,analyze the data,and calculate the composition ratio and sub-position of new malignant tumor cases in a hospital.Results There were 15,844 new cases of malignant neoplasms in a hospital,accounting for 7.11%of all discharges,with a sex ratio of 1.13:1 for men and women with new malignancies.The top 10 diseases of new malignant tumors were liver cancer,lung cancer,cervical cancer,colorectal cancer,breast cancer,nasopharyngeal cancer,esophageal cancer,stomach cancer,malignant lymphoma,leukemia.New cases of malignant tumors accounted for 95.43%of all new malignant tumors in the population over 40 years of age,with the highest composition of new malignant tumors in the 60-69 age group,accounting for 26.38%.Conclusion The incidence of new malignant tumors is on the rise,and the incidence of new malignancies is concentrated in the 40-69 age group.The situation of cancer prevention and control is very serious,we should focus on strengthening the prevention and control of malignant tumors such as liver cancer,lung cancer,cervical cancer,colorectal cancer,breast cancer and nasopharyngeal cancer.
