摘　　要：在消化性溃疡中,胃溃疡和十二指肠溃疡较为常见,食管溃疡相对少见。食管溃疡不是一类独立的疾病,而是一种与不同病因引起的食管病变有关的临床综合征。不同病因引起的食管溃疡其临床特点不同。本研究主要探讨引起食管溃疡的常见疾病及其临床鉴别方法。In the digestive ulcer,gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer are common,esophageal ulcer is relatively rare.Esophageal ulcer is not an independent disease,but a clinical syndrome associated with esophageal lesions caused by different etiologies.The clinical characteristics of esophageal ulcer caused by different etiology are different.The purpose of this study was to explore the common diseases causing esophageal ulcer and its clinical differentiation.
