摘　　要：目的初步探索血管塞辅助逆行静脉闭塞术(PARTO)治疗胃静脉曲张(GV)破裂出血的安全性、有效性。方法搜集2018年12月至2019年12月因GV行PARTO的5例患者病例资料,PARTO为使用血管塞及明胶海绵糊栓塞胃曲张静脉,评估其疗效、术后并发症等情况,所有患者基础疾病均为肝硬化、均为内镜下治疗失败或不适合胃镜治疗患者。结果所有患者均为存在显著脾-胃-肾分流道,成功行分流道栓塞,技术成功率100%,住院期间均未再发GV出血,3例患者术后短期内出现肝功能下降,对症治疗后均好转。结论 PRATO治疗GV出血短期内有效、安全。Objective To explore the safety and effectiveness of vascular plug-assisted retrograde transvenous obliteration(PARTO) in the management of gastric varices(GV) bleeding. Methods From December 2018 to December 2019,the clinical data involving the safety and efficacy of five GV bleeding patients who received PARTO using a vascular plug and a gelfoampledget were evaluated.All patients had a history of cirrhosis.All of them had failed in endoscopic treatment or were not suitable for endoscopic treatment. Results All the patients have a significant Spleno-gastric-renal varices.The technical success rate of PARTO was 100%. There was no rebleeding of GV during hospitalization.3 patients suffered a significant decrease in liver function in a short period after the operation. It could be improved with symptomatic treatment.Conclusion PARTO is effective and safe in the short-term treatment of GV bleeding.
