摘　　要：目的:检测SLC25A22在骨肉瘤组织中的表达,并探讨其与预后的相关性。方法:收集2011年01月至2014年03月36例我院接受骨肉瘤根治性切除术患者的骨肉瘤组织及相对应的非癌性骨组织,通过免疫组化方法检测骨肉瘤组织中SLC25A22的表达水平,并分析其与临床病理特征和预后的关系。结果:SLC25A22在骨肉瘤组织中的阳性表达率高于非癌性骨组织(P<0.05)。SLC25A22的表达与远处转移和临床分期相关(P<0.05),而与年龄、性别、组织分化程度、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。Kaplan-Meier生存曲线结果提示SLC25A22阳性表达患者的总体生存率较阴性表达患者低(P<0.05),且SLC25A22表达程度越高的患者,其总体生存率越低(P<0.05)。单因素分析及多因素显示,组织分化、临床分期、远处转移和SLC25A22蛋白表达与骨肉瘤患者不良预后有关(P<0.05)。结论:骨肉瘤组织中SLC25A22阳性表达率相比非癌性骨组织升高,且SLC25A22阳性表达率与远处转移、临床分期和生存率相关。Objective:To investigate the expression of SLC25 A22 in osteosarcoma and its correlation with prognosis.Methods:The osteosarcoma tissues and corresponding non-cancerous bone tissues of 36 patients who underwent radical resection of osteosarcoma in our hospital from January 2011 to March 2014 were collected.The expression level of SLC25 A22 in osteosarcoma tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry,and its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis was analyzed.Results:The positive expression rate of SLC25 A22 in osteosarcoma was higher than that in non-cancerous bone tissue(P<0.05).SLC25 A22 expression was associated with distant metastasis and clinical staging(P<0.05).Kaplan-Meier survival curve results indicated that overall survival rate of SLC25 A22 patients was lower than that of patients with negative expression(P<0.05),and the higher SLC25 A22 expression level was,the lower overall survival rate was(P<0.05).Univariate and multivariate analyses showed that tissue differentiation,clinical staging,distant metastasis,and SLC25 A22 protein expression were associated with poor prognosis in patients with osteosarcoma(P<0.05).Conclusion:The positive expression rate of SLC25 A22 in osteosarcoma tissues is higher than that in non-cancerous bone tissues,and the positive expression rate of SLC25 A22 is correlated with distant metastasis,clinical stage and survival rate.
