口腔正畸治疗中微型种植体支抗应用效果的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨口腔正畸治疗中微型种植体支抗的应用效果。方法选取2019年5月至2020年3月于本院接受口腔正畸治疗的54例患者作为研究对象,采用电脑分组法分为常规组与微型组,各27例。常规组采用常规口腔正畸治疗方法,微型组采取微型种植体支抗治疗方法,比较两组临床治疗效果、治疗参数变化及并发症发生率。结果微型组治疗总有效率为92.59%,高于常规组的70.37%(P<0.05)。微型组上中切牙凸距差、上中切牙角及磨牙位移改善情况均明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。微型组并发症发生率为7.41%,低于常规组的29.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在进行口腔正畸治疗时,选择微型种植体支抗治疗方案,能有效矫正患者牙齿问题,提高治疗效率,降低并发症发生率,提升治疗舒适度,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect of micro implant support on orthodontic treatment.Methods 54 patients who received orthodontic treatment in our hospital from May 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the conventional group and the micro group,with 27 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with conventional orthodontic treatment,and the micro group was treated with micro implant support therapy.The clinical treatment effect,treatment parameters and complications rate between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the micro group was 92.59%,which was higher than 70.37%of the conventional group(P<0.05).The difference of crown distance,angle and displacement of molar in micro group were significantly better than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in micro group was 7.41%,which was lower than 29.63%of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In orthodontic treatment,choosing micro implant support therapy can effectively correct the tooth problems,improve the treatment efficiency,reduce the incidence of related complications,and improve the comfort of treatment.
