摘  要:近年来,医患关系日趋紧张,医疗纠纷的数量急剧上升,各种因素导致医患双方严重对立,产生尖锐矛盾,甚至频繁出现恶性事件,己成为社会大众关注的热点问题。作为高层次医学人才,研究生应学会如何建立与患者间的信任,并正确处理好医患关系。但目前儿科研究生在临床工作中存在较明显的医患沟通能力不足。本文通过分析研究生沟通能力不足原因,并进一步提出提升沟通能力的方法,为学生们将来成为一名同时具备科学精神和人文精神的优秀儿科医生奠定基础。In recent years,the doctor-patient relationship has become increasingly tense,the number of medical disputes has increased sharply,various factors lead to serious confrontation between doctors and patients,resulting in sharp contradictions,and even frequent occurrence of malignant events,which has become a hot issue of public concern.As a high-level medical talent,postgraduates should learn how to establish trust with patients,and correctly handle the relationship between doctors and patients.But at present,pediatric postgraduates have obvious deficiency of doctorpatient communication ability in clinical work.This paper analyzed the reasons for the lack of communication ability of postgraduates,and further proposed the methods to improve the communication ability,so as to lay a foundation for the students to become an excellent pediatrician with scientific spirit and humanistic spirit in the future.
