摘　　要：原发性闭角型青光眼(PACG)是导致亚洲人不可逆性失明的主要原因,评估前房角对PACG的诊断和治疗有重要意义。眼前段成像是评估眼前节、前房角结构的主要手段,通过图像可以揭示PACG的前房角状态。目前临床上常用的眼前段成像设备包括房角镜、超声生物显微镜、前段光学相干断层扫描成像设备、眼前节照相分析系统(PentaCam,RetCam等)、光声成像设备等;此外,人工智能诊断技术的兴起为眼前段成像带来了新的发展。未来眼前段成像设备将在成像精度、检测范围、图像三维再造以及利用人工智能进行自动检测等方面得到进一步提升。Primary angle closure glaucoma(PACG)is the main cause of irreversible blindness in Asians.It is important to evaluate the anterior chamber angle for the diagnosis and treatment of PACG.Anterior segment imaging is the main method to evaluate the anterior segment and anterior chamber angle structure,which can reveal the anterior chamber angle state of PACG.At present,the commonly used anterior segment imaging equipment includes gonioscopy,ultrasound biomicroscope,anterior optical coherence tomography imaging equipment,anterior segment photographic analysis system(Pentacam,RetCam,etc.),photoacoustic imaging equipment,etc.In addition,the rise of artificial intelligence diagnosis technology has brought new development for anterior segment imaging.In the future,the anterior segment imaging equipment will be further improved in imaging accuracy,detection range,image 3 D reconstruction and automatic detection using artificial intelligence.
