摘　　要：目的:分析流浪精神病患者失眠严重程度与心电图异常的相关性。方法:选取2019年3月至2021年3月中山市第三人民医院收治的流浪精神病患者78例作为研究对象,按照失眠严重程度指数量表(ISI)分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=38)。回顾性分析患者心电图结果指标。结果:观察组比对照组ISI评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组窦性心律失常、ST-T改变、左室高电压、期前收缩心电异常结果均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:流浪精神病患者失眠严重程度与心电图异常呈正相关。Objective:To analyze the correlation between the severity of insomnia and electrocardiogram(ECG)abnormality in homeless psychopaths.Methods:A total of 78 cases of vagrant psychiatric patients admitted to Zhongshan Third People′s Hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the insomnia severity index(ISI),they were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=38).The results of ECG were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The ISI score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The results of sinus arrhythmia,ST-T change,left ventricular high voltage and premature systolic ECG abnormality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:There is a positive correlation between the severity of insomnia and ECG abnormality.
