摘　　要：北京冬奥会的成功申办推动了我国冰雪体育运动的快速发展,在冰雪体育运动和冰雪体育产业发展的影响下,社会对于体育经济与管理专业人才的需求量逐渐增大,对其人才培养也提出了更高的要求。从对从事冰雪体育产业人才的特殊性出发,结合胜任力理论,立足高等学校教育和社会需求实际,分析体育经济与管理专业人才培养过程中学生能力的培养问题,为冰雪体育产业发展下的体育经济与管理专业人才培养提出相应的策略。The successful bid to host the Beijing Winter Olympics has promoted the rapid development of China’s ice-snow sports. Under the influence of the development of ice-snow sports and its industry,there has been growing demand for sports economics and management professionals,and higher requirements are being imposed on them. Based on the particularity of the talents engaged in the ice-snow sports industry,the paper analyzes the training of students’ability in the process of training professional talents in sports economics and management by combining the competence theory with the realities of higher education and social needs.Several scientific and reasonable suggestions are put forward for the training of sports economics and management professionals in the context of ice-snow sports industry development.
