摘　　要：在当下的经济社会生活中,一个人在接受一定程度的学校教育以后能够成功创业或就业,是一件非常令人称羡的事情,也是一个人在一生中能否实现理想和自我价值的关键环节。那么,怎么样才能做到成功创业就业,就成为了一个必须面对和解决的问题。影响成功创业就业的因素有很多,其中直接经验的积累和间接经验的积累与学习就是至关重要的因素。权衡处理好直接经验的积累与间接经验的学习借鉴之间的关系,对成功创业就业具有非常重要的意义。In the current economic and social life,it is a very enviable thing that a person can successfully start a business or get a job after receiving a certain degree of school education,and it is also whether a person can achieve his ideals and realize his self-worth after a long life.Key link.Then,how to achieve successful entrepreneurship and employment has become a problem that must be faced and solved.There are many factors that affect successful entrepreneurship and employment,among which the accumulation of direct experience and the accumulation and learning of indirect experience are the most important factors.Weighing the relationship between the accumulation of direct experience and the learning and reference of indirect experience is of great significance for successful entrepreneurship and employment.
