口服二甲硅油乳剂联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散在无痛胃肠镜检查术前胃肠道准备中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨口服二甲硅油乳剂联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散在无痛胃肠镜检查术前胃肠道准备中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月至2020年12月于本院行无痛胃肠镜检查术的100例患者作为治疗观察对象,采用简单随机化法分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。对照组术前单纯服复方聚乙二醇电解质散,治疗组术前口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散及二甲硅油乳剂,比较两组胃肠道清洁祛泡效果、胃肠息肉检出率、术后不良反应发生率(腹痛、腹胀、恶心呕吐)方面的差异。结果治疗组患者胃肠道清洁祛泡效果、肠道清洁祛泡满意度、息肉病变检出率均高于对照组,术后不良反应发生率(腹痛、腹胀、恶心呕吐)低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无痛胃肠镜检查术前口服二甲硅油乳剂及复方聚乙二醇电解质散可有效提高胃肠道清洁度,减少胃肠道气泡,使检查医师更好的观察胃肠道黏膜,提高息肉检出率,并能减少检查术后不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of oral simethicone emulsion combined with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder in the preparation of the gastrointestinal tract before painless gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as treatment observation objects,and were divided into treatment group and control group by simple randomization method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group only took compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder before operation,and the treatment group took compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder and simethicone emulsion before operation.The effects of gastrointestinal cleansing and defoaming,the detection rate of intestinal polyps,and the operation were compared between the two groups.The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(abdominal pain,bloating,nausea and vomiting).Results The effect of gastrointestinal cleansing,satisfaction with intestinal cleaning and defoaming and foam removal in the treatment group and the detection rate of polyp lesions were higher than those in the control group;the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions(abdominal pain,abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting)was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral simethicone emulsion and compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder before painless gastrointestinal endoscopy can effectively improve the cleanliness of the gastrointestinal tract,reduce gastrointestinal bubbles,and enable the examiner to better observe the gastrointestinal mucosa.It can improve the detection rate of polyps and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after the examination.It is worthy of clinical application.
