摘　　要：结合当前电子元器件自主可控的迫切需求,把握电子元器件质量控制的关键核心点,探索适用于电子元器件单位的质量管理机制,保证设计开发、生产过程、质量风险、客户需求响应等四大关键质量要素得到有效控制,从而获得"高质量、高效率、低成本"的产品自主保障能力,加快电子元器件自主可控进程。以实现企业获取质量竞争力为目的,为电子元器件单位质量管理提供一定参考。Combined with the current urgent need of autonomous and controllable electronic components,grasp the key points of quality control of electronic components.To explore the quality management mechanism applicable to electronic component units,ensure that four key quality factors,such as design and development,production process,quality risk and customer demand response,are effectively controlled.So as to obtain the independent guarantee capability of products with high quality,high efficiency and low cost,speeding up the autonomous controllable process of electronic components.With the aim of achieving the quality competitiveness of enterprises,it provides a reference for the quality management of electronic components.
