丁酮-甲苯法在乳化炸药复合油相含油量检测中的应用

摘　　要：复合油相时乳化炸药的重要组成部分,含油量为复合油相的关键指标。文章采用丁酮—甲苯法对乳化炸药复合油相中含油量的组成部分及此含油量检测的方法适用性进行了研究分析。结果表明丁酮-甲苯法可将乳化炸药复合油相中低分子烃类、sp-80乳化剂、高分子乳化剂中低分子量物质及油类溶剂检测出作为含油量,采用丁酮-甲苯法检测乳化炸药复合油相的含油量有良好的重复性及再现性。An important part of the emulsified explosive in the composite oil,the oil content is a key indicator of the composite oil phase.This paper uses butanone_toluene method for the components of the emulsified explosive composite oil phase and the application of this oil-containing amount detection.The results show that the ketone-toluene method can detect low molecular weights,sp-80 emulsifiers,SP-80 emulsifiers,polymer emulsifiers in emulsified explosives,and oil solvents,butanone-toluene method It has good repetitiveness and reproducibility of the oil content of the emulsified explosive composite oil phase.
