摘　　要：介绍了某海上油气田雷达及AIS预警系统,利用已有生产设施上的雷达、AIS,通过改造、升级、购买雷达、AIS服务资源等途径,实现域内海管、海缆、海域全覆盖,路上终端至生产设施的海管、海缆最大覆盖。并建立一套信息化、智能化、多功能化的海缆保护区雷达及AIS监视预警平台,实现对可覆盖海管、海缆区域实施监控,危险提前预警,生产设施管理、破坏分析等能力,最终降低海底管缆和生产设施的破坏事故。This paper introduces the radar and AIS early warning system of an offshore oil and gas field.By using the radar and AIS on the existing production facilities,and by means of transformation,upgrading and purchasing the service resources of radar and AIS,it realizes the full coverage of the sea area within the domain and the maximum coverage of the sea cable from the road terminal to the production facilities.In addition,a set of informationized,intelligent and multi-functional radar and AIS monitoring and early warning platform for Marine cable protection zone will be established to realize the monitoring of the area covering Marine pipes and cables,the ability of early warning of risks,production facility management and damage analysis,etc.,and ultimately reduce the damage accidents of submarine cables and production facilities.
