摘　　要：为了探讨日粮中添加香茅草对肉鸡屠宰性能及肉品质的影响,试验分两期进行,每期试验将300只1日龄麻鸡随机分为2组(试验组和对照组),每组150只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加10%香茅草预混剂,养殖肉鸡至210日龄屠宰,测定分析屠宰性能和肉品质相关指标。结果表明:试验组和对照组宰前活重、全净膛重、全净膛率均无明显差异。试验组鸡肉中含有的肌苷酸、氨基酸总量和不饱和脂肪酸总量比对照组高,其他营养成分相差不大;试验组与对照组的蛋白质含量略有差异,但饲喂香茅草不会降低鸡肉的营养价值。说明在鸡日粮中添加香茅草能改善肉鸡的品质和风味。In order to investigate the effect of citronella grass on slaughter performance and meat quality of broiler chickens.The test was conducted in two phases,three hundred one-day-old pheasants were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was fed only with the basal diet,while the treatment group was fed with the basal diet supplemented with 10%citronella grass premix.These broiler chickens were raised for 210 days.The results showed that there were no significant difference in live weight before slaughter,full bore weight and full bore rate between the treatment group and the control group.Howerver,the amount of inosinic acid,amino acid and unsaturated fat in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.There was little different in other nutrients.The protein content in the treatment group was slightly different from that in the control group.It was concluded that citronella grass did not make the nutrition of the chicken decrease.It was showed that citronella grass added to the basal diet could improve the quality and flavor of broiler chickens.
