摘 要:目的探讨基于三维影像后处理可视化平台的实验教学模式在医学影像技术学课程教学中的应用价值。方法选取四川大学2016级29名学生和2015级32名学生分别作为实验组和对照组,实验组采用基于三维影像后处理可视化平台的创新教学模式,对照组采用传统的教学模式。教学结束后,统计两组学生的随堂测试成绩和期末考试成绩,并进行问卷调查。结果实验组学生随堂测试成绩和期末考试成绩分别为(97.53±5.95,82.41±5.55)均高于对照组成绩(92.37±6.37,77.12±5.43);问卷调查结果为两组学生在课程教学满意度、激发学习兴趣、课堂活跃度、专业知识掌握度、临床科研思维拓展、分析解决问题能力等方面的评分实验组评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医学影像技术学教学中采用三维影像后处理可视化平台教学的创新教学模式,增强了学生的动手实践能力,拓宽了学生的医学知识面,培养了学生科研思维和分析能力,教学效果得到有效提升。Objective To explore the application value of experimental teaching mode based on 3D image post-processing visualization platform in the teaching of medical imaging technology.Methods 29 students of 2016 and 32 students of 2015 from Sichuan University were selected as the experimental group and the control group,respectively.The experimental group adopted an innovative teaching model based on a three-dimensional image post-processing visualization platform,and the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.At the end of the teaching,the results of in class test and final examination of the two groups were counted,and a questionnaire survey was conducted.Results The scores of the students in the experimental group(97.53±5.95,82.41±5.55)were higher than those in the control group(92.37±6.37,77.12±5.43),and the differences were statistically significant.The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the scores of the two groups were statistically significant in terms of the satisfaction of the course teaching,the improvement of the interest in the subject,the participation in the classroom,the mastery of knowledge points,the cultivation of clinical thinking and the cultivation of self-learning ability.The score of the experimental group was significantly higher than of the control group.Conclusion In the teaching of medical imaging technology,the innovation teaching mode on 3D image post processing visualization platform enhances the practical ability of students,widens the medical knowledge of students,cultivates the scientific research thinking and analysis ability of students,and effectively improves the teaching effect.
