摘  要:交流永磁同步伺服电动机属于工业机器人伺服系统中的关键执行元件,目前在我国一些单位研究中已取得一定的进步,并在国产工业机器人中逐渐应用。但我国伺服电动机在功重比、整机长度等技术指标上还无法满足现代工业机器人日益提高的轻量化需求。基于此,文章结合工作实践,设计一种交流永磁同步伺服电动机,该电机结构紧凑简单,安装方便,实现整体长度在轴向上的薄型化,同时建立一种电机轻量化、紧凑化设计体系。Ac permanent magnet synchronous servo motor is a key executive component in the servo system of industrial robot.At present,it has made some progress in the research of some units in our country,and has been gradually applied in domestic industrial robots.However,the servo motor in our country can not meet the increasing lightweight needs of modern industrial robots in terms of power-to-weight ratio,machine length and other technical indicators.Based on this,combined with the working practice,this paper designs a kind of AC permanent magnet synchronous motor,which has the advantages of compact structure and convenient installation,and realizes the thinning of the overall length in the axial direction.At the same time,a lightweight and compact design system of the motor is established.
