摘　　要：目前应用型本科院校酒店管理专业的校企合作培养模式存在一定的弊端。本文深度探讨创新型产教融合协同培养模式的内在要求,提出酒店管理专业产教融合协同培养模式创新的策略,通过合理设计理论与实践教学环节、深化校企良性的互动合作机制,引导学生进行职业认知和定位等,为社会和酒店业发展提供大量的高素质专业型人才。At present,there are some disadvantages in the training mode of hotel management major in application-oriented universities.This paper deeply discusses the internal requirements of the collaborative training mode of innovative industry education integration,and puts forward the innovation strategy of the collaborative training mode of production education integration of hotel management major.Through reasonable design of theoretical and practical teaching links,deepening the benign interaction and cooperation mechanism between school and enterprise,guiding students to carry out occupation cognition and positioning,etc.,a large number of high-quality professional talents are provided for the development of society and hotel industry.
