摘　　要：目的:分析康柏西普与海乐弗联合青光眼引流阀植入治疗新生血管性青光眼(NVG)的临床效果。方法:2016年7月-2018年10月收治NVG患者16例(16眼),根据治疗方式不同分为两组。患者术前均注射康柏西普眼内注射液,术中结膜瓣下均注入海乐弗,两组均行全视网膜激光光凝术。A组采用小梁切除术;B组采用Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入术。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:B组术后6个月的眼压水平低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后眼压控制率、新生血管情况及并发症情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:相较于单纯小梁切除术,Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入术治疗NVG,安全有效,可明显控制眼压水平。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of conbercept and Healaflow combined with glaucoma drainage valve implantation in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma(NVG).Methods:From July 2016 to October 2018,16 patients(16 eyes)with NVG were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to different treatment methods.All patients were injected with conbercept intraocular injection before operation,and Healaflow was injected under the conjunctival flap during the operation.Panretinal laser photocoagulation was performed in both groups.The group A used trabeculectomy.The group B used Ahmed glaucoma regulator valve implantation.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results:The intraocular pressure level of group B was significantly lower than that of group A at 6 months after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the control rate of intraocular pressure,neovascularization and complications between the two groups after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with simple trabeculectomy,Ahmed glaucoma guide adjustment implantation is safe and effective in the treatment of NVG,and it can significantly control the level of intraocular pressure level.
